Return Policy
- We have a 15-day return policy, and we are happy to accept returns of domestic orders within 15 days of the date the order was delivered.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, with all “Jemma Russo” labels and yellow tags still attached.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept your return If the labels and yellow tags are damaged or removed.
- Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. To start a return, you can contact us at info@jemma-russo.com.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Returns will be subject to a $6.95 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Damages and issues
- Please report any item that is defective or damaged within 2 days of the delivery date.
Exceptions
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 7-14 business days to process your return.
